WARRANTY

Before installation, carefully inspect the tiles, adhering to the Tile Council of North America installation guidelines, as post-installation claims cannot be accepted. 

Our pool tiles series show shade and color variation. Using these tiles indicates acceptance of any inherent shade or color distinctions.

NV Supply has a two-year warranty on its products. 

In the unlikely event of a manufacturer’s defect, NV Supply stands committed to replacing the tile without any charge to the client. However, it’s important to note that labor expenses for removing the existing product and installing the replacement are not covered. Besides, damages such as discoloration resulting from physical or chemical misuse/abuse of the tile, breakage, scratches, improper installation, etc. are not within the scope of this warranty.

NV Supply is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
